Carmona Estates Grand Launch

A thousand people witnessed the Carmona Estates Grand Launch last April 19, 2008. It was a day of fun-filled activities. The event began with a motorcade participated by over 20 agent’s groups and brokers. The ribbon-cutting ceremony and blessing of model houses were led by Profriends Chairman Mrs. Catherine Choa, Area Director Jo-em Endaya and Marketing Director Joey Teotico. Aside from all these, the grand launch also featured trade fair, kite-flying, live band and fireworks. A whole day exhibit was participated by Tupperware Phil. Inc., Smart, RCBC, Abenson, Inc., Kitchen One, Sac-I Bonsai Garden, Consolidated Adhesive, Dai Carmona Steam Laundry, and Twist & Turn Iron Works. The kite flying was courtesy of Kite Association Of the Philippines. Live band and fireworks culminated the said event.

Sales Rally

With the theme “Ang Liga ng mga Bida”, Profriends Sales Rally was held at Greensborough Covered Court last February 29, 2008. Each group, consisting of sales associates, unit managers, branch managers and division managers, beamed with pride as they paraded their banner and showed a placard indicating their committed sales target. To drive them to hit their sales goal, Profriend’s President/CEO Mr. Guillermo Choa delivered an inspirational talk; an audio visual presentation was shown about Top Performer’s Awards and Recognition ; Top Performers beginning November 2007 until January 2008 were awarded with certificate and cash reward.

Cedar-ling! A Pre-Valentine’s Gathering

It was an early Valentine’s celebration at Cedar Residences, one of the low-end housing projects of Pro-Friends in Carmona, Cavite. Everyone who attended the event were so excited to participate in the games. A special “It’s a Date” activity was conducted for the benefit of the single male and female attendees. The contestants were given a chance to find their match in time for the season of love.

Approximately 500 guests graced the event. Men, women and the not so men alike attended the gathering with much enthusiasm and excitement. Special gifts were given to everyone as give-aways as well as raffle prizes. Everyone went home with something to remind them of their wonderful experience.

Kung Hei Fat Choi!

It was an early celebration of Chinese New Year at Silver Crest’s Open House last January 20, 2008. An estimated of 200 guests graced the occasion to witness the blessing of the project site as well as the house model. Main attraction of the event is the Dragon Dance, which enthused the participants to an authentic feel of a Chinese New Year!

Silver Crest is a joint venture between Shalimar Builders and Pro-Friends under the management of Maple Crest Property Management, Inc. Silver Crest is conveniently located along Tirona Highway, Bacoor Cavite, making its location very attractive to its prospective buyers.

Agents’ Christmas Party

Christmas is always a time of celebration. Last December 18, 2007, Pro-Friends gave its loyal and dear in-house agents and brokers a grand Christmas party. It was themed “Paskong Pinoy sa Pro-Friends”, with Filipiniana motif. Everyone came in their best Filipiniana outfit. Those who bagged this year’s best in costume undoubtedly deserve to win for their efforts and fashionable style.

The officers and staff of Pro-Friends rendered a very special medley of song and dance number to entertain the agents. The agents, as a response, prepared very special ethnic dance and song numbers which truly brought the house down!

The highlights of the evening were the awardees for best performers of the year. Top 3 agents and its group for each sector – West, East and Central, were given special cash incentives for its sales performance for 2007. Those awarded went home with much joy and enthusiasm raring to outdo themselves for 2008.
