ILONGGOS RAISE THE BAR HIGH!

Nothing can stop the excitement of valued and outstanding Ilonggo agents as they received recognition for their exemplary performances this first quarter held recently in Iloilo at the Parc Regency Residences.

Setting the night's jovial mood, agents had fun playing limbo rock before the awards ceremonies. It was truly an evening of both relaxation and enjoyment as the agents looked forward to participating in the entire program.

Surprised as they were, the top performing agents were ecstatic as their names were called. Delighted upon getting their prizes and trophies, the agents were significantly moved when they saw the video tribute especially made for them.

Adding to the energized and blissful ambiance of the event was the Caribbean theme, which allowed agents to experience a wonderful night sealed with an engrossing set design, entertaining program and remarkable night of fun and recognition.

To further motivate the agents in continuing their efforts to gain sales, Pro-friends also presented a video of a rainy season promo called “Quarter Storm Promo" intended for buyers and agents. Buyers who will book early will definitely have a chance to get reservation discounts on the following house models: Palms, Olive, Lotus, Daphne and Isabella. Meanwhile, sellers who will reach their target sales will get incentives and must-have prizes.

Pro-friends further attested their commitment to commend their sales agents who worked hard and gave remarkable effort to reach their quota. Executives reiterated how grateful and appreciative they were with the stellar performance of the Ilonggo agents. They encouraged the Ilongos even more in continuing to raise the bar in reaching their sales objectives.

Capping off the Caribbean themed awards night, agents danced while the party band played their lively music.

Splash of the Titans: Brokers First-ever Summer Outing!

Waves of exuberance and fun hit the participants at the recently held brokers’ outing at Splash Island in Binan, Laguna with the theme 'Splash of the Titans.' The sweltering heat of the blazing sun was not enough to prevent the brokers from having fun-filled activities on their first-ever summer outing with Pro-friends.

Starting off the day with a cheering competition, brokers were grouped into five teams who candidly cheered at the top of their lungs. Following the cheering game, the groups enthusiastically participated in the games lined up for them like Paint a Picture and Samson-Delilah which required each team to get creative and alert, outdoing each other.

But, the fun did not stop there. After a hearty lunch, brokers tried the heart-pumping and nerve-wracking slides and aqua rides: Magellan’s Drop, Dos Supremos, King Pilipit, Agos Grandes and a lot more! Scary as they were, brokers couldn’t stop themselves from trying the theme park’s attraction over and over again for the thrill and adventure. Some brokers dared to try adrenalin-charged activities like the zip line which required brokers crossing 40 feet above the sand and the wave pool, and the 30feet wall climb that allowed them to face their fear of heights.

Pro-friends certainly proved its commitment to continuously appreciate its growing family of brokers for their exceptional performance. No doubt, this outing allowed brokers to have an opportunity to get to know each other and strengthen camaraderie with staff and executives of PCFI.

First Trimester Awards kicks off!


All systems go!

The 1st Trimester Awards for in-house agents this year successfully took place at the linear park of Lancaster Estates with the theme “Caribbean.” It’s the very first time for such an awards event to be held outdoors.

The mesmerizing venue design indeed highlighted the premise that “at the linear park everything is possible” as the said event went from a garden to a party place with a totally unique set-up. Those who attended came in floral outfits of every color which added to the festive mood of the evening—agents who wore the best Caribbean outfit received recognition from PCFI. Truly, a night of celebration happened as the awardees were elated for having a linear park that is different from what they used to see during their tripping with prospective buyers.

For Pro-friends, acknowledging the agents who performed well does not simply mean giving certificates but an all-in-one package of providing a video tribute, trophies, and cash prizes to those who worked hard and gave exemplary performance. Agents were also surprised as their names were called for the special citations. The executives congratulated all the awardees and emphasized that the linear park’s verdant foliage and impeccable landscape is only the beginning of many more highlights as the transformation of Lancaster Estates comes into full swing.

Summer fun at White Rock!

Summer and fun rolled into one! This was evident in the recently concluded summer getaway entitled, “Sama-Summer Tayo @ White Rock!” organized by the sales and marketing department for top-selling in-house agents. The escapade was held at one of the most pristine and breathtaking resorts in the north - the White Rock Water Park and Beach Hotel in Subic, Zambales.

Traversing for almost three hours was not that easy, but for in-house agents who were present at the event, it was all worth it. Every in-house agent expressed appreciation for the vacation treat as they were able to relax and enjoy at the same time. They joined fun-packed and worthwhile summer activities which included a cheering competition, parlor games, and water relays done at the resort’s wave pool.

The agents willingly joined the games lined up for them. The “Pass the Parcel” gave every agent fun yet daring consequences, which thrilled participants with excitement. At the end of the night, the male and female agents who wore the most fashionable summer outfits were chosen as the Pro-friends’ summer Hot Mama and Papa.

The agents had fun trying the super bowl ride and rampage water slides that made them scream at the top of their lungs. Others stayed at the beach where they enjoyed riding the kayaks and playing on inflatable beach trampolines. The next day, a two-hour boat ride took the agents island-hopping and snorkeling.

Indeed, this activity strengthened the relationship between employees, executives, and valued agents of Pro-friends.

UBER SUMMER AT LANCASTER!

Uber fun-filled activities blasted on a scorching Sunday at Lancaster Estates in Alapan, Imus, Cavite. The groundbreaking ceremony for its future country club, alongside the open house of Colleen, Haven, and Manor house models took place recently. The event marked the green light on for country club construction as the officials of the Property Company of Friends Inc. (Pro-friends) unveiled the future plans for the much-awaited amenities, including the church at Lancaster Estates.

Despite the heat, Pro-friends top officials, led by EVP-COO Gus Leonardo and Senior Vice President Jocelyn Guzman were unstoppable as they led the groundbreaking ceremony, assisted by deputy head for sales & marketing, Catherine Galang and Area Director, Nieves Santos. The groundbreaking and time capsule ceremonies symbolize good fortune for all upcoming projects in the said area.

The event, dubbed as “UBER SUMMER AT LANCASTER” was indeed a certified hit with uber flowing pocket activities at the linear park such as scavenger hunt, stone painting, magnetic fishing, and kite-flying. Guests also laughed-out-loud during the games of Charades sa Tag-init, Limbo Rock, Hep-hep Hooray, and Summer Pinoy Henyo!

2010 SALES RALLY HEATS UP!

The heat is on! As the summer heats up, the campaign to boost the morale of Pro-friends’ in-house agents builds up!

That was what exactly happened at the recently held sales rally at Montefaro Village, Imus, Cavite, themed, “THE FORCE: To Breakthrough Beyond Possibilities.” In-house agents were surprised as they received awards for hitting their sales target for the month of January. The giving of awards for breakthrough sales performance was in itself a breakthrough, a first in the history of Pro-friends sales rallies.

The festive event was graced by all division managers and top management officials who were in "full force" as they came garbed in Star-Wars costumes. SVP Jojie Guman as Queen Amidala, Deputy Head for Sales and Marketing Cath Galang as Princess Leia and Sales Director Joey Teotico as Han Solo joined the in-house agents in promoting a culture of excellence through a stronger sense of commitment and responsibility in reaching sales objectives.

Following the recognition was the cheer and dance competition where in-house agents showcased their intricate dance moves as well as their head-turning Star Wars inspired costumes. Each team demonstrated camaraderie and team spirit as members cheered for their respective teammates. And with no doubt, the judges of the competition were stunned and entertained as all teams performed an all-out cheer and dance battle.

The audience roared with delight and rooted for their favorite teams. Despite the close competition, one team emerged victorious. The coveted prize was swept away by Planet Thunder composed of On the Go, Tumangday, Valiente and Sardonyx. The judges also chose the teams who wore the best costumes. Two teams were hailed best in costume - Planet Da Heads and Planet DL Jets.

Team members of Planet Thunder said that their painstaking efforts to rehearse before the competition paid off. Inspired by their victory, they are more motivated to reach their target sales.

Right after the competition, all division managers were called to recite the commitment creed, a pledge that aims to instill among the in-house agents the passion to go beyond what they are aiming for, while uplifting the morale of their network.

Executive Vice President, Gus Leonardo gamely appeared onstage as Darth Vader and shared encouraging messages that certainly reminded every in-house agent that their success is a gift from The Force above.

Despite the heat and the intense competition among teams, in-house agents were able to grasp that with humility and good character THE FORCE will definitely emanate from them, thus, allowing them to make a breakthrough.
