Iloilo, Philippines – July 2025 — The excitement is building as the Youth Clubs of Parc Regency Residences and Monticello Villas prepare to celebrate the much-anticipated Familia Fiesta, happening on July 26, 2025, Saturday, at Parc Regency Residences and Monticello Villas.

This year’s celebration shines a spotlight on the Youth Clubs, whose members have taken part in organizing and energizing the event. From logistics planning to hosting activities, the youth are at the heart of the event’s preparations—demonstrating leadership, creativity, and a strong sense of community.

The Familia Fiesta promises a full day of family-friendly fun that includes Color Fun Run, Zumba Sessions, Furbabies Costume Contest, Bingo Games, and online tournaments. The Youth Clubs will also be hosting volleyball and basketball tournaments and will be hands-on in both event management and community engagement.

“This is more than just a celebration—it’s a learning opportunity for our youth,” said Estate and Assets Management Department Head, Ferdinand Martirizar. “We’re proud to see them take ownership and grow through this experience.”
