Profriends: One of Asia’s Best Employer Brand in 2025
Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends) is grateful to be recognized at the recently-held Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2025 by the World HR Congress, the World Federation of HR Professionals, and the CMO Asia. In her acceptance speech, Profriends HR Senior Manager Charisma Arrogante dedicated the award to all stakeholders of Profriends: “We are honoured to receive this award, and we dedicate and share this to all of the people who helped make this happen. We at Profriends continue to create communities and transform lives. Kami ang inyong Kapitbahay, Kapitbuhay. We are just not your neighbors, we are your lifelines.”
Profriends HR Head Jennalyn Miranda considers this award as the organization’s collective journey. “This is a testament to our profound desire of building a workplace where our people grow, thrive, and succeed together. We may not be a perfect organization but I believe that what sets us apart is our commitment to keep improving, to keep listening, and to keep putting our people at the heart of what we do,” says Miranda, who was also awarded as one of the Top Most HR Leaders Asia for the second time.
Together with Profriends, other awardees include Philippine-based companies such as SMDC, Deltek, Eastern Telecom, Innodata, San Miguel Power Corp., and Development Bank of the Philippines.
